The flowers were very nice but the delivery driver placed them behind a bin in the garden which was fine but did not leave note through the door saying they were delivered. The flowers were not discovered until the following day !!!! We are not mind readers so we don't know when delivered

I received red roses with gypsophila a day later for my moms wedding anniversary, the roses were in poor condition and looked sick and still haven’t recovered there was just one sprig of gypsophila in with the roses. I have bought many bunches of flowers from delightful flora over the years and they have always been excellent but not this time!! When I told them I wasn’t happy and sent a picture they said they were up to their standards and couldn’t help me I will not be purchasing from delightfulflora again, unhappy customer Jayne Roberts
