Ordered for a Monday and delivered on the Tuesday. Previously ordered for anniversary two weeks in advance but the order was delivered the day after ordering. Communication was difficult to get a response but when I asked for a refund it was paid very quickly. The flowers and packaging this time were excellent and because of this will use the company again.

I would have been much happier if you had sent them to the delivery address instead of sending to me, the purchaser. I had tobrefuse delivery, ring the flower shop and get them resent and delivered on the wrong day. Very disappointing.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on my daughter’s birthday, which was yesterday, it was a special birthday. The flowers failed to arrive and are still awaited. I ordered the flowers in sufficient time as I wanted to ensure they were delivered. I can not express how bitterly disappointed I am in your service! I will not be using your service again and certainly would not recommend. My daughter lives many miles away from me, I have used various postal flower companies previously and never been let down in this manner!!!
