I ordered the splendour bouquet for my friend who had just had a bereavement, they looked beautiful till they arrived, first they arrived a day late second they were nothing like what I'd ordered, I've always used delightful flora and they have always been great, they gave me a refund for the upset so, I'll be ordering again from them soon, they are great bouquets and the firm is always friendly and helpful, I'll still use them,
