Delightful Flora

Apart from the delay of delivery (as this was a gift...) I was really pleased with the bouquet - just like the photo on the website!

Flowers were beautiful and arrived on time

I ordered a bouquet on a Saturday with the option to have them delivered the next day. They didn't arrive until the Wednesday. I even tracked my order which said they should have been delivered on the Tuesday between 5.30-7.30. I'm not happy with the service, and if they can't deliver the next day, don't put it as an option! I will never use them again.

These flowers arrived late for a special occasion and were dead within a day. Extremely disappointed.

The flowers are pretty and arrived exactly when supposed to, but it arrived without any water or packs of minerals to put in water as other companies'. Ans because of that it didn't arrive fresh and didn't last more then a few days.

This was a gift for my nephews partner. They arrived the day requested but unfortunately although he said the flowers were lovely there was no birthday balloon, leaving me disappointed as the balloon was part of the reason to purchase the bouquet.

After receiving order confirmation etc 12 hours from the selected delivery date I received a refund notification without any reason as to why. Nothing delivered. This was a birthday present and then having to rearrange a gift I was extremely disappointed that the birthday gift was spoilt and the recepient didn't receive anything on the day. A query has been raised but am awaiting a response.

Sent order on 25 to be delivered on 27th. They did not arrive & I had to chase the order which eventually turned up Saturday 1st June. Too late for the present they were supposed to be for. Had I not chased this order I don’t think it would have been delivered. Very disappointed with the service
