Beautiful flowers delivered on time.

Tried to contact them the day before delivery due as recipient had gone into hospital and we needed them delivered to a different house on same street rather than be left outside in the intense heat. We could not get through on phone after trying for over an hour. Used the message system on website to leave a message. No response and flowers were left outside the original address given. 48 hours later had an email saying order had already been delivered so could not change delivery address. Well it hadn’t when I sent the message 🤷‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I left feedback with company but have not had a response so again - poor customer service

Contacted customer service twice - never heard back. Flowers were delivered in a sorry state but they were in the postal system for three days and badly needed a drink

The bouquet i ordered is not what was expected from your picture. The 1 piece of gyp which was the only piece was broken and had to be thrown away. I would for sure say that this is not as expected nor as many stems as pictured on your website. I would not class what arrived as a large size splendour . I am extremely dissapointed with this bouquet. As you can see the note hasn't even been stuck down properly.  Not a good look nor experience! I look forward to your earliest response.

Flowers are beautiful howerer should be delivered by courier not send off to Royal mail to be delivered 2 days later and if no door answered on another working day which was another 2 days later
