Not happy with my order. I ordered as a gift received on a different day then I picked. Turned up early. By the time I was seeing that person to give them a gift because it was for work they weren't very fresh.

Bouquet was great only issue was web site allowed next day delivery but wasn’t made clear if after 5 then it’s day after!!

My Partner was over the moon with her mixed roses. They came on time and in great condition I will certainly be buying more from here again and definitely recommend any purchase for flowers here

I entered the wrong address for delivery, I amended it by email and it was corrected and delivered perfectly.

Beautifully arranged with birthday balloon. Very well received. Delivery updates were frequent and I was kept well informed. Will definitely use this company again as they were reliable and the flowers were lovely and fresh. Definitely recommend.

Appalling don’t waste your money or insult your loved one by sending flowers from this company! Ordered a Large bouquet for a friend following a bereavement and they sent me a photo. I was totally embarrassed- there were less flowers than advertised in the standard size. I emailed customer services who asked for the photo and replied to say they thought they looked okay. AVOID!

This bouquet was sent to my daughter for her birthday. She was delighted with them, and the balloon. They arrived on time and the day specified. I will be ordering from you again

These absolutely beautiful flowers were delivered to my cousin Sue Brooker in canterbury last Friday. They intended for my late Aunt's grave. I live in Nottingham and had no idea where to get local flowers , I chose you and i am so thankful that I did. You made me so happy with the flowers(pink gerberas). This item was ordered on 9 May for delivery on 12 May it was delivered by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service on 13 May but refused due to the over long delivery, nearly 100 hrs! Imagine the state of the flowers after so long being shunted about on Royal Mail vans and at mail centres! When flowers are ordered for a specific day, they are usually for some special occasion. Delivering them on another date is unacceptable and may spoil the occasion for the recipient. Although I can't fault the refund process, it couldn't have been done without proof of refusal. So if the flowers had just been left on the doorstep no proof of refusal would have been obtained. I would not recommend this company if you want fresh flowers delivered on time. They don't deserve any stars at all. Deal with them at your peril (of being disappointed)!
