Delightful Flora

I ordered these flowers to be delivered on Sunday 11th May. Sadly they were not delivered until the following Tuesday.

Flowers delighted recipient BUT they arrived a day late for a special birthday. Unacceptable and very disappointing. Ordered days in advance, acknowledged and delivery date confirmed by yourselves but your courier let you down badly.

Flowers good but when reference made on payment page is shows "delivery date" . However this is not "guaranteed date" but an estimate" I was subsequently told. Other customers have had the same experience so why not say so st the start. Do not deceive your customers -be honest especially if you want repeat orders. I await your comments.

Beautiful bouquet

Not good….i selected the next day delivery and thought that was when they would be delivered.If this isn’t an option it should of been clearly stated BEFORE I placed the order.When the flowers arrived there was no baby’s breath in the bouquet at all.I paid for 12 red roses and baby’s breath. After I’d ordered I found so many bad reviews on this company I was worried.After seeing the flowers I will never order again but not worth my time complaining. Iv got better things to do

Quite disappointed on the large bunch of flowers, first the order was 3 days late from the delivery date chosen and the flowers where pretty but not what id classed as a large bunch when compared to other sellings ive ordered from.

Ordered for a Monday and delivered on the Tuesday. Previously ordered for anniversary two weeks in advance but the order was delivered the day after ordering. Communication was difficult to get a response but when I asked for a refund it was paid very quickly. The flowers and packaging this time were excellent and because of this will use the company again.

Flowers were amazing! Just the delivery times. If you could stick to one time delivery and not having to keep adding a new time slot during the day. As we can't stay indoors all day due to work or school run etc etc. Thank You

a little dissapointed the flowers didnt arrive on the date required (which was for a friends birthday) although she was happy with the quality im not happy for the late delievery
