Beautiful Bouquet delivered on time in great condition !

Only the dates I chose Sunday but weren't delivered until the Tuesday and email comes from Post Office so can't be changed. However flowers were beautiful. Dates reason for 4 stars 🌟 otherwise delighted with flowers.

Recipient delighted. Flowers ticked for Sunday delivery. Only when delivery email arrived it had Tuesday. Website shouldn't allow you to choose a day that isn't feasible as email was from Post Office which already have the Flowers. However they are lovely and friend was Happy.

Sorry can’t give review, they were for a friend, whose eye sight isn’t good, but she said the perfume was lovely. I was surprised flowers arrived as a ‘parcel’, although they were ok, but a day earlier than I’d hoped.

Beautiful flowers delivered on time.

Tried to contact them the day before delivery due as recipient had gone into hospital and we needed them delivered to a different house on same street rather than be left outside in the intense heat. We could not get through on phone after trying for over an hour. Used the message system on website to leave a message. No response and flowers were left outside the original address given. 48 hours later had an email saying order had already been delivered so could not change delivery address. Well it hadn’t when I sent the message 🤷‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I left feedback with company but have not had a response so again - poor customer service
