Delightful Flora

This bouquet is beautiful. By mistake I gave the wrong delivery address when completing the order form online and it was not possible for the courier to deliver the bouquet. However, when I advised Delightful Flowers of my mistake they arranged a new delivery of fresh flowers for the following day at no extra cost. ABig Thank You - that's 5 star service!

Apart from the delay of delivery (as this was a gift...) I was really pleased with the bouquet - just like the photo on the website!

I ordered a bouquet on a Saturday with the option to have them delivered the next day. They didn't arrive until the Wednesday. I even tracked my order which said they should have been delivered on the Tuesday between 5.30-7.30. I'm not happy with the service, and if they can't deliver the next day, don't put it as an option! I will never use them again.

These flowers arrived late for a special occasion and were dead within a day. Extremely disappointed.

The flowers are pretty and arrived exactly when supposed to, but it arrived without any water or packs of minerals to put in water as other companies'. Ans because of that it didn't arrive fresh and didn't last more then a few days.
