White Petite Bouquet

Ordered for a funeral I know they arrived on time but cannot comment if they were satisfactory because I don’t think it’s appropriate to get in touch with the recipient to ask her if the flowers I sent were satisfactory etc I am sure they will be but that’s all I could say, except the ordering process and delivery were great .

Initially there was a problem with my first bouquet and I emailed my complaint, which was dealt with efficiently and a replacement was sent out without any problems. The friend who received the flowers sent me photos of both bouquets and the replacement one was absolutely beautiful.
