Beautiful flowers (so I was told)

Have always been satisfied by the service. However, this time, having requested a Monday delivery, I received an email saying the flowers were dispatched on Saturday, but they did not arrive until Tuesday. Consequently the flowers were not up to the usual high standard

The flowers were delivered by Royal Mail on my friend's birthday, as requested. I didn't actually see the flowers but when I asked her if they were in a good condition she said how big the bouquet was, how beautiful and, yes, they arrived in perfect condition.

I don't know what they would have looked like without the added 50% but what was delivered was good.
